Happening at the intersection between music, tech & disability. Hi. I'm Kris Halpin. I'm a busy, in-demand musician who identifies as Disabled. I'm known primarily for using groundbreaking accessible music technologies, most notably Imogen Heap's futuristic mi.mu gloves. I tour all over the world performing with this incredible instrument, and find myself having extraordinary conversations about music, tech and disability. Dyskinetic is a multidimensional work; as well as being a kind of one-man-band, it's also this, a podcast. I've got some fascinating guests lined up, and I'll be using this series to amplify the amazing conversations on my radar. For my own accessibility needs, I've also decided to make this, in part, an audioblog. As well as guest features, this will be the best way for me to regularly update the world on the work I'm doing in this intersection.
